- SCA SELF CERTIFACATION W-9 FATA FORM MAP SCOPE OF WORK RFQ EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" The Gary Job Corps Center located at 2800 Airport, Hwy 21 E, San Marcos, Texas 78666 and operated by Management & Training Corporation, is soliciting for purchasing and installation of an Emergency Notification System. The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted on October 10, 2013, @11 AM (CST) in Building 11215, Gary Job Corps Center, San Marcos, Texas 78666. All Bids will be due no later than October 18. 2013 @3PM (CST).
