- Description
- At Building 375 the work includes converting existing gas-fired rooftop mechanical equipment from propane to natural gas; the provision of an air-to-air heat recovery system; and the provision of an approximately 1,200 square foot addition. Work required for the addition includes the provision of reinforced concrete foundations and floor slab, reinforced concrete masonry unit walls; structural steel beams, open web joists, cold-formed steel framing, metal roof deck, three-ply SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system, insulated metal panel exterior wall system, aluminum window systems, steel doors, interior partitions, finishes, wood doors, ceiling systems, a gas-fired packaged rooftop air handling unit, exterior non-freeze wall hydrants, roof drain and storm drainage piping, electrical power distribution and lighting systems, associated site work, and incidental related work. At Building 337 the work includes the removal of existing steam convertor, piping and related accessories; the provision of a gas-fired, condensing type, heating hot water plant, partitions, sprinkler system modifications, associated site work, and incidental related work.
