- Solicitation N00421-13-T-0571 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed-Price basis and to solicit/negotiate the proposed purchase order on Full and Open Competative Basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business set-a-side. XITRON is the manufacturer and distributor of the Thermocouples Simulator model 822-2000MN, 2000CJC with Voltage/Thermo-Couple w/NiMh and 822-CC Canvas Carrying Case. These Thermocouples are procured for use with NAVAIR Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICP's) 17-20MX-143, 178, 179, 180, 181, & 182 for the calibration of Jet Engine Test Cells (JETCS). These Thermocouples are only available from Xitron. Requirement is for Exact Match Only (MFR/Part Number, Model Number, etc...), ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Please see attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 07 October 2013 at 1200 EST. The Government will not pay for any information received.
