- This Solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 5998-01-493-8522 (Circuit Card Assembly) not to exceed 24 months or $150,000, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/04/13; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and faxed to the attention of Harold V. Campbell at (614) 692-6918 or scanned and emailed to Harold.Campbell@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to the Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Small Business standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period 1 time at the discretion of the U.S. Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government data package exists. I/A at Origin and FOB Destination, to various CONUS stock locations. Government desired delivery is 150 days.
