- This presolicitation notice is changed from W25G1V-13-B-0003 to W25G1V-14-B-0001. The solicitation will be issued under W25G1V-14-B-0001. This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for the installation of HVAC equipment in Building 1C, Bay located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal of existing split system air handling unit, variable air volume boxes, ductwork distribution and mini split air conditioning units that are to be removed and recycled. Work to include the installation of a rooftop mounted, packaged HVAC unit, variable air volume boxes, ductwork distribution system, a split system computer room air conditioning unit, and controls and other related work.. Estimated magnitude is $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors), average annual receipts $14 Million. Solicitation number W25G1V-13-B-0003 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and 14.101(b). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue date on the Federal Business Opportunities website at the following internet address: https://www.fbo.gov/.
