Choose the Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Choose the search option, enter the search value, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to the requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. The solicitation will be available October 11, 2013 to November 11, 2013. Electronic offers will not be accepted. The solicitation will be 100 % Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
