- DAVIS BACON WAGES W-9 SELF CERTIFACTION CBP "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" The Gary Job Corps Center located at 2800 Airport Hwy 21 E, San Marcos, Texas 78666 and operated by Management & Traiing Corporation, is soliciting for Installation of Doors in Cafeteria and Building 7216. The Mandatory Pre-Bid will be conducted on October 17, 2013 @9AM (CST), building 11215, Gary JOb Corps Center, San Marcos, Texas 78666. All bids will be due no later than October 24. 2013 @3PM (CST).
