- This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the adquisition of the following: 6140-01-484-5341 (BATTERY,STORAGE) not to exceed 36 months or $150,000.00 whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/18/13; however,** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Charles Peery at 614-693-1603, or scanned and emailed to charles.peery@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Ageements on Government Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Small Business size standard 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more time at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
