- Amendment No. 03 Questions for Clarification The National Assessment Group (NAG) is seeking interest and capability statements from Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Business Concerns, certified under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Program, that are capable of providing Information Technology (IT) maintenance and support to the National Assessment Group (NAG) at its headquarters at 2251 Wyoming Blvd SE, Kirtland AFB, NM and distributed locations within the continental United States, and at deployment locations worldwide. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the services described in DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this sources sought, generally between the hours of 0700 and 1600 hours mountain time on scheduled government workdays. This does not however preclude Contractor employees from being required to perform services at other times or on other days when reasonably necessary to accomplish the objectives described in the PWS. The intended procurement is anticipated to be set-aside for a SDVOSB, however depending on response received to this sources sought notice and the number of respondents determined capable of satisfying this requirement, the Contracting Officer may consider direct award to an SDVOSB on a sole source basis. Resultant contract will be awarded and administered under the Warrant Authority of: DISA, DITCO-NCR, PL64 PO Box 549 Fort Meade, MD 20755-0549 The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed-price performance-based contract with a one (1) Base Year and four (4) 1-Year Options. The majority of the work under this contract will be performed at the NAG headquarters at 2251 Wyoming Blvd SE, Kirtland AFB, NM. For more details regarding the nature of the work, see the DRAFT version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The final version of the PWS will be included with the solicitation and may differ from the DRAFT PWS. Interested SDVOSB concerns may respond to this sources sought notice indicating interest and must submit capability statement outlining organizational and personnel qualifications and technical capability to deliver the services necessary to satisfy this requirement. To be considered capable and a potential offeror, respondents' capability statement must meet the criteria outlined in the attached document entitled: "Criteria for Determining Capability of Respondents to Sources Sought".
