(c) (1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a bridge contract to US Foods, Inc. (Cage Code 1TZ63) to continue services for San Diego Navy Ships. This bridge contract award SPM300-13-D-3696 is effective from September 30, 2013 through September 29, 2014.
