- Specidfications 3 Specifications 2 Specifications 1 N69450-13-R-0757 Visitors Pass Form Pre-Proposal Information (PPI) Request Form Experience B Experience A The P288 project is a Design Bid Build for the construction of a new on-base lift station and approximately 14,000 LF of new underground sanitary force main to connect the NAS Kingsville sanitary sewer system to the City of Kingsville Sanitary Sewer System. All construction will be located on Navy property located at NAS Kingsville, Texas. The project includes the decommissioning, cleaning, and abandoning of the existing NAS Kingsville Waste Water Treatment Plant which has come to the end of its useful life.
