- PMEW Operates at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) classification level. This RFI aims at determining the ability of the marketplace to perform potential requirements at the classification level required. Capable contractors will require properly accredited Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facilities, accredited by the Defense Intelligence Agency, with adequate TS/SCI cleared personnel skilled in the management and support of future cyber requirements. Contractors should provide a capability statement including, feedback and approaches to meet future strategic and protected cyber needs related to capabilities that deliver and defend against effects with robust and mature capabilities that exploit, deny or manipulate.
