- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for law enforcement services, located in Linn County, Oregon, within the vicinity of the Salem District area of responsibility as a sole source to the County of Linn as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. The Linn County Sheriffs Office is the only responsible source with jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the State of Oregon and Linn County on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The performance period is from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2018. The NAICS code is 561612. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by August 30, 2013, in order to be considered.
