- Request for Quotation N6572613T0118- RedactedLimited Source Justification Request for Quotation N6572613T0118 - Amendment 0001 Request for Quotation N6572613T0118 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; competitive quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SYNOPSIS NOTES: NOTE 22: THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES OR SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.001(a). INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT QUOTES. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. HOWEVER, ALL QUOTES RECEIVED BY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS POSTING WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE, IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALLY BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT IN THE FUTURE. The solicitation number is N65726-13-T-0118, N65726-13-T-0118, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated NAICS code is 541511. This requirement is for the establishment of a performaned-based services task order in support of the NAVSEA LOGISTICS CENTER DETACHMENT ATLANTIC. Line Item 0001 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: SUPPORT SERVICES; QUANTITY: 1 YR; Line Item 0002 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: ODC-TRAVEL; QUANTITY: 1 YR; Line Item 0003 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: OTHER DIRECT COSTS; Quantity: 1 YR.; Line Item 0004 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: OPTION PERIOD ONE;; Line Item 0005 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: ODC-TRAVEL;; Line Item 0006 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: OTHER DIRECT COSTS. THIS TASK SHALL HAVE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF TWELVE MONTHS. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote.
