- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3D3A83197A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-69, DPN 20130808, and AFAC 2013-0327. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7830. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3949. CLIN 0001: Inflatable Fire Safety House. House shall come with attached inflatable slide on one side of the house. House shall be 18'H x 27'W x 25'D from Scherba Industries, Inc/Inflatable Images or equal. Dolly must be included with the fire safety house to provide for transportation of equipment. All necessary equipment to operate the inflatable house and slide shall be included. Price quote shall include the delivery of the item to Misawa AB, Japan. If "or equal" item is offered, please provide the part number, manufacturer, and salient characteristics for evaluation purposes. Incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
