- The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WNNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on Behalf of OB-GYN CLINC has awarded sole source procurement to Pregnancy to Parenting, LLC for pregnancy to parenting prepared child birth education classes. (URGENT REQUIREMENT). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
