- The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a Security Forces Qualification and Certification Management Software Tool and associated technical support. This tool will merge and automate processes and tools used to track member qualifications and certifications, generate security watchstanding schedules, perform audits/verifications, and support user general database needs. This procurement is a total small business set-aside competition. The response date for this procurement is September 13, 2013 at 2 P.M. Eastern.
