- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation, F9J2AM3211A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005 57 effective March 7, 2012. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333412 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. Quotes must stay valid for a period of 30 days. CLIN: 0001: (Qty 2 EACH) 6 Foot Diameter Fan with Variable Speed Control, Wired for 480 Volt, 3 Phase Power, Variable Speed Wall Mounted Controller, Fire Alarm Relay for Emergency Shut Down, Column Mounting Kit, Column is I Beam (10 inches wide by 9 7/8 inches deep. The items above are all that we are requesting and we will install these fans ourselves so no installation costs shall be included. With this being said please provide all warranty information when submitting quotation. Also please include shipping costs in your overall price for CLIN 0001 as well. FOB: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive orders - Commercial items.
