- 525 each--yoke, bipod for 60 mm M170 leg per drawing 11579023 REV E, Aluminum Alloy 7075-T6, 7075-T73, 7079-T6 or 7076_T61 per spec QQ-A-367; approx 9.680 inches in length; approx 4.150 inches in height; (finish machined), FBO Destination. Estimated Solicitation posting 16 SEP 2013. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Instructions will be available in the solicitation on how to access the associated technical data package.
