- The US Army Contracting Command, New Jersey intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source effort with Central Metal Fabricators Inc.; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 332999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The type of contract action being used is a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government has a need to purchase a quantity of 100 Loader Step Assemblies for the M777A2 howitzer. The Loader Steps are used by the gun crew as a foot support point to aid in loading the powder charge into the gun.
