State: Virginia City: Lynchburg Delineated Area: Property within the city limits of Lynchburg, Virginia within the area bound by the following description: Point of Beginning: Intersection of US 460 Business (Fort Avenue) and VA 163 (Wards Road), follow VA 163 Southeast to US 29 (Wards Road). Follow US 29 (Wards Road) Southwest to US 460 (Richmond Highway). Follow Route 460 (Richmond Highway) Southwest to Airport Road. Follow Airport Road West as it becomes Greenview Drive. Follow Greenview Drive Northwest to Timberlake Road. Follow Timberlake Road Northeast as it becomes Fort Avenue to its intersection with VA 163. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
