- The attached solicitation (FA5606-13-T-0049) is for the replacement of the existing HVAC control system with a CYLON brand system. Please see the attached solicitation and Statement of Work for further information. There will be a mandatory site visit at building 560, Spangdahlem Airbase, Spangdahlem Germany on 22 August 2013, at 10:00 AM local time. Any offeror wishing to submit an offer for this project must attend this site visit.
