- Statement of Work for Landfill Services RFQP03161300030 Landfill Solicitation Solicitation Letter This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Williamsburg, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation RFQP03161300030 for the requirements of: LANDFILL SERVICES. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. Deliveries will be made by the Federal Correctional Institution. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 09, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or government purchase card. All invoices must submit via mail to PO Box 220 Salters SC 29590. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
