- Sole Source Justification The Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Citrix, 851 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 to renew existing Citrix XenClient XT Subscription Advantage licenses. Citrix is the only source that can provide this subscription for the existing 430 SecureView workstations. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within five (5) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 541511.
