- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-13-T-0273. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-66. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331110 and the Business Size Standard is 1000 Employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. In accordance with the specifications, using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR PART 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. AMC-LEVEL PROTEST (NOV 2008) If you have complaints about this procurement, it is preferable that you first attempt to resolve those concerns with the responsible contracting officer.
