- The USDA, National Finance Center (NFC), New Orleans, LA intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with the procedures of FAR 6.302-1, supplies or services required are available from one responsible reseller/source, to Four Points Technology, 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151 to procure MIR3 Run Book Automation (RBA) Software Subscription with 25 workflows, 1 developer sta and 1 integration, and Professional Services for the RBA with BMC ControlM Integration. The anticipated award will be Firm-FIxed Price. THIS IN NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties may express their interest to the Contract Specialist by the due date of this notice of intent by email, no later than August 19, 2013, 11:00 a.m. CST.
