- Amendment #1 issue to correct the site visit contradictions found in the RFO Package. The site visit is scheduled for Monday, 8/26/13 at 11:00AM EST. The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Mechanical Upgrades at the Bradley (BDL) ATCT and TRACON facility in Windsor locks, CT. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Elise Daudier at 603-881-1265. The performance period, for the onsite delivery & installation, is two hundred seventy (270) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is available for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.
