- Sole Source This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS with a RFQ number of H9224013T6007. The Naval Special Warfare Command located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA. 23459-8838 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Mircogate, for a jump and gait analysis ststem. This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-66 and DFAR Change Notice 20130617. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
