- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota intends to award a sole source contract to Caliber Sales Engineering, Inc. to provide three (3) TPS-70 Radar Plasma Displays (Unit 26 and Unit 64) for the Air Force Mission - USMILGRP, Bogota, Colombia. Delivery will be made door to door to Bogota, Colombia within 90 days after contract award. The proposed action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers and no formal solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers within five (5) days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Point of contact is Annabelle F.
