- Description
- The Little Rock Corps of Engineers intends to issue Solicitation W9127S-13-T-0068 for a firm fixed price contract for rehab of a pavilion at Millwood Lake, Ashdown, AR. This solicitation will be advertised as small business set-aside. The magnitude of construction is $25,000-$100,000. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for, required rehab pavilion in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc. at Millwood Lake. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of September 19, 2013 or date of award (Whichever is later) through November 30, 2013. This Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) via the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 3 September 2013. Notification of amendments shall be made via the ASFI Website as well. It is each bidder's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990; and the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million. All bidders are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to visit other business opportunities. System for Award Management (SAM) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
