- RFQ Cover Sheet Request for Quote and full description of items requested. Good Morning, I am SSgt Nicholas Stanke with the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command located aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The Government intends on issuing a purchase order to the offeror that represents the most advantageous offer. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is for Brand Name or Equal and FAR 52.211-6 applies. The following evaluation factors will be considered for this RFQ in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Adherence to the requirements, price, delivery terms. *****AWARD WILL BE MADE ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIS**** If quoting equal items, offeror shall include the specifications and description of the quoted items. Offerers shall include pricing for any extended warranty options available and descriptive literature of the warranty coverage shall accompany the quote. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED RFQ COVER SHEET AND INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN YOUR PROPOSAL BEING CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.
