- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is soliciting offers to provide off-site Opiate Substitution Services in support of veterans with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin VA Medical Center catchment area of Milwaukee, Racine, Washington, Waukesha, Brown, Fond Du Lac, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Outagamie and Shawno counties. The contract period of performance will be from the date of award (anticipated September 23, 2013) through September 22, 2014, with four (4) one year option periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite quantity contract. This procurement is unrestricted. All qualified offeror/firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621420 and the size standard for small businesses is $14.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items or online at www.sam.gov. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about August 15, 2013. Date for receipt of offers is August 30, 2013, 11:00 A.M. CST. The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, they need to be submitted in writing by email to the Contract Specialist's attention no later than close of business on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 1pm CST.
