- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The offeror shall provide all labor, equipment, facility; supervision and tools to remove and re-install the starboard engine from the Survey boat Blanchard after all repairs are complete. The contractor shall coordinate with the boat operator to ensure vessel position prior to removing engine. The engine has malfunction and not operable. M/V BLANCHARD is constructed of 5086 aluminum and displaces 20.2 long tons (light ship). The principal hull dimensions are: Length overall, 49'- 9 quote mark ; beam overall, 16'- 4 quote mark ; Depth amidships, 8'.
