- This requirement will be awarded in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Far Part 13.SPAWAR SYSTEM CENTER CHARLESTON intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source Basis to (PDSA) on a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPITITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all offers will be considered. **SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE ONLY**AWARD WILL BE MADE ON AN ALL OR NOTHING BASIS!!! Please see the attached sole source for the description.Questions may be directed via email to john.stambaugh@navy.mil. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 511210.
