- Description
- A solicitation is to be issued for a construction project located at NAS Fort Worth JRB Texas, for the renovation of portions of Building 1700, 10th AF Headquarters. Renovations shall be in two phases, and involve the following: demolition of existing walls with construction of New relocated wall; painting; Carpet replacement; HVAC work (installation of New HVAC and relocation of existing units); installation of new Doors, Fire Strobes, and additional Lighting; Electrical, Telecom, and IT work. This contract shall also require the contractor to remove and store modular furniture off site, with reinstallation in renovated spaces upon project completion. Anticipated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project is not currently funded; however, a reservation of funds is anticipated. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be no later than 31 July 2013. FBO.GOV response date has been updated to match SF1442. They are both set to 30 August 2013 at 12:00 PM Central Time.
