- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Wisconsin National Guard has a requirement to upgrade classroom audio visual equipment at the 426th Regional Training Institute (RTI) located in Fort McCoy, WI. This will be done by removing existing ceiling mounted projectors and replacing with LED displays at the front of each room as well as the addition of ceiling speakers, reinforcement monitors, podiums/lecturns and interface panels. Equipment needs to be installed per manufacturer specification and configured with existing systems. Work required is broken out by rooms stipulating what needs to be provided by the contractor. A diagram will be provided to illustrate the rooms located in the RTI. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Space is limited so for planning purposes we require all attendees to contact the Government POCs in advance (via email) to reserve a seat. Site Visit will be conducted promptly at 10am CST on August 6th, 2013. Location: 90 South 10th Avenue, Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5168. All attendees will be required to sign an attendance roster. All attendees will be escorted into the facility, thus, anyone NOT present by 10:00am may or may not be allowed in the facility. Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, automation, hardware, software, materials, equipment, parts and materials, supervision, management services, and other items and services necessary to perform audio-visual and sound equipment and installation. Award will be made to the offeror who presents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The proposal must comply in all material respects with the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. The offeror must be determined responsible according to the standards of FAR Part 9, Subpart 1. The award will be a single award, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type CLIN(s), based on the technically acceptable offer. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The contemplated period of performance will be no longer than 60 days, following the contract award date. The Government will entertain questions on this procurement until 4:00 PM (CST), Thursday, 15 August 2013. No late questions will be accepted. No questions will be accepted via phone calls.
