- NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia will be placing orders on the previously existing sole source basis, Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0038309G002D, used to support the V-22 and F/A-18 Aircraft. This 5 year BOA effective 11 Feb 2009, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This is not a small business set aside. The following is a list of NIINs to be repaired: V-22 F/A-18 1608-01-474-9949 1680-01-548-7754 1680-01-461-1917 1680-01-548-7756 1680-01-472-6186 1680-01-301-0814 1680-01-521-5193 1680-01-240-5702 6125-01-418-0846 1680-01-236-4963 3040-01-418-0811 1680-01-144-0225 3040-01-418-0812 1680-01-540-1756 3040-01-418-0813 1680-01-186-1672 3040-01-418-0815 1680-01-502-6331 1680-01-271-4485 The applicable FSC codes are 1680, 1625, and 3040 respectively The government intends to contract with sole source Moog East Aurrora (94697) Seneca Street & Jamison Road, East Aurora, NY 14052. The government anticipates a total of about 1,284 repairs over the course of remaining time of BOA N0038309G002D. Contractors must be SAM registered. Representations and certifications will be collected online. Contractors should provide Representaions and Certifications electronically via www.sam.gov.
