- SOW for Satellite Airtime This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-13-T-00296 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on a total small business set a-side basis, NAICS Code 517410; COMUSNAVSO requires Satellite Airtime for CENTRIXS Fly Away Kit (CFAK) via TracPhones (V3/V7) for period 01 Sep 2013 thru 31 Aug 2014.
