- (REPLACE SOLICITATION GS-04P-13-EX-C-XXXX WITH GS-04P-EX-C-0154)There is a need to improve office areas function on the 4th Floor of Howard Baker Building, Knoxville, Tennessee. The tenant improvements taking place for this project will be limited to a collection of spaces on the 4th floors of both Building One and Building Three. The work calls for minor alterations that include but are not limited to the following: adjustments at the Men's and Women's Restrooms(Bldg One), a new Kitchenette in place of an existing copy Room (Bldg One), a new office in place of an existing kitchenette (Bldg One), a new office in place of an existing kitchenette ( Bldg One), a new Access Stair to service the roof (Bldg Three), and a reconfigured Private Judges Area directly adjacent to the District Courtroom of Building Three. The procurement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Construction Project Magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The Contract Schedule will consist of a Base Bid Construction and Design, Option 1 Construction and Design, and Option 2 Construction and Design. Contract Completion time is 162 days after NTP. A preproposal meeting along with a site visit will scheduled after the solicitation has been issued. The issue date for the solicitation is August 2, 2013. Proposals are due September 2, 2013.
