- AMENDMENT #04 Solicitation PIFSC-13-032 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a 3rd list of QUESTIONS and ANSWERS/ Q&A's to date. Please see questions and answers below. 1. Is there any possibility testing equipment will be provided when we conduct our own field test? Answer: Yes, a minimal amount of testing equipment can be lent to the vendor for testing, including a short tow cable (30 m) and sound card. 2. In terms of documentation, is there a specific format you are looking for in the technical proposal, capabilities, and past performance section? Do you have any samples? Answer: There is no specific format required.
