- This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet at this time. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government NSWC Crane has a requirement for production and testing of Microwave Tuner, which will be used by the organic depot and NAVICP to support refurbishment and restoration of Specific Emitter Identification System (SEI) systems, a subsystem of both the AN/SSX-1 and AN/SLQ-32 systems, used on ships in the United States Navy (USN) and United States Coast Guard (USCG). It is anticipated this action will result in a 5 year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of Model Number CS-5020C Microwave Tuner, a component in the SEI System. This effort will be Sole Sourced to Rockwell Collins, 3200 East Renner Road, Richardson, TX 75082 in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The IDIQ minimum quantity projected to be 2 and maximum quantity projected to be 75 with FOB Destination at NSWC Crane. The Government does not possess complete technical data package to compete this action. The effort will not be set aside for small business concerns. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted.
