- DRAFT Throughput C-5 Student Throughput DRAFT PWS C-5 MATS Draft PWS See Sources Sought See What's New - 15 AUG 2013 The C-5 MATS acquisition provides contractor maintenance, configuration management and routine engineering for approximately 34 Maintenance Training Devices (MTD) divided equally between Dover AFB, DE, and Travis AFB, CA. Three Aerial Refueling Part-Task Trainers (ARPTT) will be at Lackland AFB, TX. The Training System Service Center (TSSC) for MTDs is at Travis AFB, CA. The TSSC for ARPTT is at Lackland AFB. All information regarding the C-5 MATS Acquisition will be included as attachments. Please also refer to the "What's New" attachment, which may provide a log of what is posted on FBO concerning the C-5 MATS Acquisition.
