- HC1028-13-T-0154-0003 HC1028-13-T-0154-0002 HC1028-13-T-0154-0001 HC1028-13-T-0154 Reference #: MIPLSCOPP31481 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL833 ), 1 Overcash Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150 intends to issue an 8 (a) set aside sole source award to an 8(a), small business, to provide software maintenance Visix Software Maintenance Agreement For Professional Server and Visix Software Maintenance Agreement For Channel Players for one (1) base year to include 4 option years for maintenance. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Software Maintenance Renewal of Visix Software Maintenance Agreement For Professional Server and Channel Players to UpTime Solutions Professional Services Group DUNS: 138327163 CAGE 4NRE0. NAICS: 541519 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a 8 (a) set aside sole source contract for software maintenance renewal Visix Software Maintenance Agreement For Professional Server and Channel Players to UpTime Solutions Professional Services Group. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency and must be an 8(a) firm certified by the Small Business Administration no later than 12:00 pm EST on 19 AUG 2013. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
