- Amendment 02 Posting Amendment 02. Posting Amendment 01. The Hopi Health Care Center, Parker, White River, and San Carlos Indian hospitals are required to meet national emergency preparedness, Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards which requires them to store emergency preparedness equipment (e.g. respirators, chemical protective suits, equipment for decontamination operations and multi-casualty response). Equipment must be stored in a lighted, climate controlled, easily cleanable, and dedicated storage facility with GFCI protected electrical outlets to prevent injury, equipment deterioration, and to keep equipment organized and accessible in the event of an emergency.
