- Description
- Hardware required to fulfill requirement The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, Contracts Department, Lakehurst, New Jersey, 08733-5083 intends to solicit, using a Small Business Set-Aside, a requirement for enhanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities for the Nigerien Air Force (NAF). Enhanced ISR capabilities include upgrades to two (2) Nigerien Air Force Diamond Aircraft Industries DA-42 aircraft, upgrades to two (2) existing fixed ground stations, and procurement of two (2) portable ground stations. Publications and training shall be provided in French, to the NAF on all systems procured under this contract. All modifications, design, fabrication, installation, integration, testing, delivery, and training shall be performed in Niger. Contractor will be responsible for the procurement of all necessary hardware to perform all aspects of the requirement. The attached list of items is the hardware that NAVAIR anticipates will be needed to fulfill the requirement. This may not be an inclusive list. Complete details will be available in the prospective solicitation and Statement of Work. All responsible sources that qualify under the requisite set-aside may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
