- This amended synopsis, Amendment 0001, is intended to give notification that the synopsis SPRRA2-13-R-0032 is cancelled in its entirety. The Government has a requirement the following: Purchase Request Order Numbers (PRON): D13H5052D1, Noun: Cable Assembly, Fiber Optic; NSN: 6020-01-530-7677; Part Number: 13414816; Quantity: 138 each; applicable to the PATRIOT Missile System. Required delivery with Government Tested Quality Verification is 120 each, 136 days after contract award (DACA). Required delivery without Government Tested Quality Verification is 120 each, 46 DACA. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation includes the provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are strongly encouraged to self-register at https://dla.procurexinc.com/_theme/dla/Pages/Register.aspx THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
