- Pre-Solicitation Notice Description of the Requirement: The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform industry of USSOCOM's intent to issue a RFP relating to Actionable Intelligence through a pool of resource personnel across the intelligence functional spectrum including (Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and other items and services necessary to provide analytical intelligence, technical assistance, special industrial security services to support various units and troops. Interested vendors shall have the ability to provide approximately 243 Full Time Analyst with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level security clearance. Prior to the archive date of this announcement, all interested Prime vendors are encouraged to provide a copy of your Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD) profile that shows proof of operating with a Top Secret Facility clearance and a Secret Safeguarding Level to the following email address: sordac-k_intel@socom.mil. Please also provide point of contact information for your company's Facility Security Officer and Program Manager. Please note that the ISFD must be attributable to the Prime vendor (the SDVOSB). Submitting this information will help facilitate the distribution of classified information to your company when the upcoming official solicitation is released. The Solicitation is anticipated to be available on FedBizOps on or around September 13th, 2013. ONLY questions related to security/clearance issues mentioned above will be answered at this time, and may be submitted in writing to sordac-k_intel@socom.mil.
