- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Mahr Federal, Inc., CAGE 21938, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This acquisition is for one each, Universal Length Measuring System, 828 CiM 1000 with accessories. Unique item identification is required in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. Required delivery is 16 weeks after receipt of order. Delivery is to Anniston, AL 36201-5095. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52-212-2*, and 52.212-5 apply to this order. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. *The sole evaluation factor for award is lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
