- FA4855-13-R-0017, COCESS, Cannon AFB, New Mexico This is a pre-solicitation notice with the intent to advertise for the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The work requires recurring contract support to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide a "one stop shop" for the 27th Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron (27SOCES). The contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver, and stock a variety of material, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies for construction and facility maintenance/repair, for the use of authorized government personnel. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Priced (FFP). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332510 with a size standard of 500 employees. The anticipated period of performance is one eleven-month base period, and four (4) twelve-month option period. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 6.1 Full and Open Competition. This solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 August 2013. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for procurement as all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website.
