- Amendment #1 issued to reschedule the site visit at the facilty's request. It has been rescheduled for the following day, on Thursday, 8/22/13 at 10:00AM EST. The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Guardhouse Drainage Project at the Potomac ATCSCC facility, in Warrenton, VA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Charlie Souza at 703-771-3887. The performance period, for the onsite delivery & installation, is forty-five (45) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is 100% total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $10,000 to $25,000.
